The Pontarelli family founded and has continued to own Delta Auto Body for over 40 years. The second generation has now come on board to ensure a continued legacy of success.
Delta’s reputation in the community is well known and impeccable. Our customers return over and over again, sometimes for decades, because of the good work and attention to detail.
Our founder, Ed Pontarelli, Sr., was the first Certified Collision Analyst in the State of Rhode Island. Our staff on average has decades of experience, yet we are not satisfied with status quo, so our staff often go to additional trainings and certification classes.
We strive to make every repair seamless and easy for the customer. This begins from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave with your “like new” vehicle. You will be treated with respect and all the help we can offer while your car is treated to our expert care.
Call us right away and make arrangements to drop off your vehicle, or have our tow trucks retrieve the vehicle from its current location. We will arrange a rental vehicle for your convenience so your life is not disrupted.
We will handle the entire claims process for you, including reporting a new claim, if not already done. We will continue to work with the insurance company as needed so you can focus on getting back to your normal life.
Your vehicle will be repaired with our famous attention to detail in a timely manner. We will keep you updated along the process so you are always well informed. Finally, you will return to our shop, drop off the rental car with us, and leave in your expertly repaired vehicle.

We own and maintain our own fleet of rental vehicles ready for you the second that you walk through our doors.
